Kairos is seeking a full-time experienced Payroll and Benefits Analyst to add to our team at our administration building located in Grants Pass. Kairos is a non-profit mental health agency that has provided a variety of psychiatric services to youth and young adults for over 39 years.

Compensation range for this position: $3,616-$5,018/Monthly (DOE)

Primary Purpose: The Payroll and Benefits Analyst is responsible for semi-monthly payroll to all staff, and the administration of employee benefits in all agency operations. Develops, recommends, administers and installs new, approved, or modified employee benefit policies and plans.

Education and Experience:
*Four years directly related combined experience in fiscal and human resources required.
*Must possess basic accounting knowledge and an understanding of personnel
records management.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use accounting software required.
*Knowledge of non-profit business practices and employment laws required.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant interruptions.

Minimum Qualifications:
*Provide proof of current, valid Oregon Driver's License (or if out-of-state will obtain Oregon license within 30 days), comprehensive automobile insurance (if applicable) and a safe driving record (minimum of 3 yrs.) to use company or personal vehicle for required duties.
* Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check and Medicaid Fraud Check.
* Obtain and maintain current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
